Our Annual Group BBQ was in the middle of a heatwave, but we had fun none the less! Our newest addition to the Department, Dr. Marzieh Baneshi, joined us for the fun!
The group was well represented at ICASS2026 in Halifax. A well deserved dinner after many great (and hot!) discussions at the poster session.

GHT was awarded the Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award at Spring Convocation 2025. Her colleague, Dr. Arlinda Ruco (Health) was also recognized for her outstanding contribution to teaching and also as the 2025 President's Research Award.
